Doctor Kelly LAI Yee Ching

Biography
Dr. Kelly Lai, the Clinical Associate Professor (honorary) of Department of Psychiatry, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, is a dedicated educator, researcher and consultant (honorary) in child and adolescent psychiatry. For many years she established the regional child and adolescent psychiatric service of the New Territories East Cluster under the Hospital Authority. Dr. Lai is also a clinical leader in a number of pioneering services such as a multidisciplinary child psychiatric ambulatory care centre at Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital, school platforms and nursing clinic, etc. She collaborates with basic researchers to work on the genetics and microbiota correlates of children suffering from autism spectrum disorder.
